RETURNING TO OUR NOMAD ROOTS
Saturday, September 23rd was our last day of service at the Miccosukee Root Cellar location. First, we would like to thank the good folks at the Root Cellar for allowing us the space to do our thing for the past 10 months or so. Most of all, we want to thank everyone who came out and got a coffee from us, and who told friends we were here. We appreciate all the support!
What is next for Journeyman Coffee? We are working on that, and pursuing a few promising leads. For the meantime, we are planning a series of "pop-up" cafes in select locations. A pop-up cafe is where we bring all the equipment and coffee to replicate a temporary coffee shop in another space. Sometimes we will do hand brews, sometimes espresso drinks, and sometimes everything, depending on the space and circumstances. We will announce each of these events here, as well as on Facebook (Journeyman Coffee) and Instagram (@journeymancoffee). Our you can sign up for our newsletter on this site (http://www.journeymancoffee.com/connect).
Our first news is that we have been accepted into the Frenchtown Hub's Kitchenshare Incubator Program for startup food businesses. We will be tuning up our plans through this program, which starts this week. We will be making an appearance at the Frienchtown Farmer's Market this Saturday (Oct. 7) to talk about our business. We would love to see you there!
