What is That Drink? - Cascara Edition

"What is That Drink?" is our occassional series in which we feature a specific drink, talk about what it is and where it came from, and mostly just serve a bunch of them, so you can try something different. If you aren't really interested in learning, we still have limited edition drinks, or drink specials.

This time out, we are riffing on cascara (the dried fruit from the coffee shrub). We will be serving several light, refreshing and tasty drinks based on cascara. Come give it a shot and try something new!
